Orders & Shipping

Letalis creations are currently available via the website for multiple countries. If your country is not listed, please send us an email to shipping@letalisjewellery.com and a representative will get in touch with you to see if it is possible to ship to your destination. All shipments are insured and sent by courier with adult signature required. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Taxes and duties are calculated upon checkout. Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders.

The lead time of your order will be dependent if your order is currently in stock. Most items have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, if not available immediately. Once an order is placed, a representative will contact you within 48 hours to let you know the exact lead time for your order. Only once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the lead time, your card will be charged. Once an item is ready and has gone through a rigorous quality inspection, it will be shipped and an email confirmation with the tracking details will be sent. Orders of multiple items may be shipped together or individually. Please note that the carat weight given is an estimate, and that each creation is unique and will have a slightly different carat weight. This will be shown on your Letalis Certificate of Authenticity.

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 48 hours from the time the order has been confirmed. Please send an email to sales@letalisjewellery.com as soon as you possible if you wish to cancel your transaction.


For online purchases, Letalis Jewellery will accept returned merchandise in its original, unaltered condition when accompanied by the purchase receipt, Letalis certificate and original packaging (including all tags and stickers) within 20 days of receipt. Letalis will cover all costs of return and insurance via its shipping partner. The client will have the option of receiving store credit (valid for 2 years) or the full amount minus taxes refunded to their credit card. Please note that once received, the returned merchandise will go through an extensive quality check to ensure that the jewellery has not be used, altered or damaged in any way. Letalis has the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. Please get in touch at returns@letalisjewellery.com to return your merchandise.

In the unlikelihood event that an item is defective or damaged please get in touch with us at customerservice@letalisjewellery.com.


Letalis Jewellery will allow exchanges for products that are returned in their original, unaltered condition within 20 days.

Please note that only one exchange is permitted per transaction.
