ORDER GUIDE

Letalis jewellery is available via the website for multiple countries. If your country is not listed, please send us an email to shipping@letalisjewellery.com and a representative will get in touch with you to see if it is possible to ship to your destination. All shipments are insured and sent by courier with adult signature required. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Taxes and duties are calculated upon checkout. Complimentary shipping is provided for all orders. All import duties and sales tax are included in your checkout price.

If your item is in stock, it will ship in 2-4 business days. If not, the average lead time is 3-6 weeks. You will be notified if your item is in stock or the delivery time within 48 hours. You card will not be charged until you agree to the delivery time. We do understand that jewellery is quite often a gift for an occasion, so please get in touch if you need confirmation that an item can reach before a particular date or specific shipping instructions to maintain the element of surprise at shipping@letalisjewellery.com. All our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

Once you order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation. Once the product is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Please note that once shipped it is not possible to change the address. The carat weight given on the product description is an estimate, and that each creation is unique and will have a slightly different carat weight. This will be shown on your Letalis Certificate of Authenticity.

Orders may also be canceled free of charge before the order has shipped. Please send an email to sales@letalisjewellery.com as soon as you possible if you wish to cancel your transaction.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Letalis Jewellery provides free world-wide returns. Clients have 14 days from receiving their product to initiate a return. Please write to returns@letalisjewellery.com with your order confirmation and a representative will get in touch on the return process. We provide free pick up service with courier at a time and location convenient for you. 

Please note that all items must be returned in their new and unworn condition accompanied by all documentation (all certificates), original packaging and tags and stickers intact. Once received, the returned merchandise will go through an extensive quality check to ensure that the jewellery has not be used, altered or damaged in any way. Letalis has the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or damaged in any way. 

Please note that all refunds will be processed in approximately seven working days with the original payment method minus taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are paid whenever an item crosses international borders for delivery and are non-refundable through Letalis. If an order is canceled before the item is shipped, taxes are refunded. Letalis Jewellery is not responsible for any differences in foreign currency due to exchange rates between the time of purchase and return.

If you wish to exchange your Letalis product for a different size or another product, please get in contact with us at returns@letalisjewellery.com. Items may only be exchanged once. 

Engraved, personalised products and items that previously been exchanged are non-returnable.
